    CETA are inviting Business Management/ Project Management/ Social Sciences/ Office Administration/ Accounting/ Public Administration/ Business Administration graduates to join their fixed-term Projects internship contract, for a period of 36 months.
    Key Performance Areas of the Programme:

    • Dealing with enquiries and correspondence relevant to the Unit

    • Assisting with project management
    • Assisting with invoicing and processing stakeholders claims
    • Assisting withe preparing reports (monthly, quarterly and annually)
    • Assisting with gathering information for audit preparation
    • Monitoring and evaluation, including: verification of data; issuing Serial numbers for trade tests; assisting with monitoring schedules; analysing and reporting Monitoring visit findings; assisting with printing and processing of Certificates, SOR’s and RPL SOR’s; assisting with applications to MANB for the issuing of Trade test Certificates

    Citi is offering a graduate/ training programme to a lucky candidate who will have the opportunity to present their skills in a boardroom. This programme seeks a full-time analyst to become part of the Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) team in Dubai. The aim of TTS is to provide seamless transactions whilst working with international clients, proving them with innovative solutions. As an analyst, the candidate will receive thorough education whilst learning how to become a professional annalist as well as a team member in Citi.

    The internship will commence from the middle of July, starting off with 4-weeks of training. Thereafter, the candidate will rotate 4-times across different teams and thus receive necessary TTS experience pertaining to business lines and functions. The candidate will also be granted the option to partake in an international rotation in the EMEA region for 6-months (this will, however, be subject to travel restrictions.) Candidates will have the opportunity to build their network and enhance their skills to reach success.
    Key Performance Areas of the Programme:

    • Providing support to the team by recognising and performing cash management structures to the worlds leading corporations
    • Providing analysis on transactions to the worlds largest financial institutions
    • Ensuring the best solutions are delivered to clientèle whilst supporting and working with over 50 regions

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

    The CETA provides the construction sector with skills development services, allowing people to gain critical or scarce skills needed to build the capacity of the construction sector to become economically sustainable and globally competitive.

    DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:

    Locations: Midrand, Gauteng (CETA Head Office)
    Number of positions available: 4
    Contract duration: minimum of 12 months

    CETA are inviting Business Management/ Project Management/ Social Sciences/ Office Administration/ Accounting/ Public Administration/ Business Administration graduates to join their fixed-term Core Business internship contract, for a period of 12 months.
    Key Performance Areas of the Programme:

    • Dealing with enquiries and correspondence relevant to the Unit
    • Keeping units records and files up to date
    • Keeping relevant databases up to date
    • Keeping relevant data up to date
    • Preparation of meeting agendas and minute taking
    • Preparation of and handling documentation for units reports
    • Compiling data and material for reports (monthly and quarterly)
    • Plan workshops and other events for the unit
    • Compiling information for audit preparation
    • Researching, planning and reporting on the following: assisting with InterSETA Transfer processes; preparing reports to Survey hub; assisting team with ATR/WSP evaluations; assisting stakeholders with queries during the ATR/WSP submission period
    • Acquiring knowledge about pathways and quality development, including: creating Serial numbers; managing learner contracts; registering Apprentices; support Accreditation of Processes and Procedures; assisting the team with Evaluation of Apprenticeship Application; correspondence with Moderation Bodies; underrating rules and regulation governing Apprentices
    • Follow through with duties delegated by units Manager

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

    • Must have completed Matric (NSC)

    • Must NOT have been permanently employed in the past
    • Working experience (including vocational work) is advantageous but not essential
