    The learnership is awarded to students who have completed Matric and have no prior working experience. On completion of the program, students will acquire a Level 4 Wealth Management qualification.

    The program is 12 months long and entails theoretical classroom learning and hands-on workplace experience.

    Learnerships are provided within Cape Town, Western Cape only.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • South African citizen
    • Reside in Cape Town or be able to live in Cape Town during the learnership program

    • Obtained a minimum pass mark of 50% for English and 50% for an official second language

    Nestlé is offering a Confectionery Manufacturing Learnership opportunity to young candidates residing within East London. Candidates will be places all around Nestlé’s Production factory areas during the course of the programme.
    During this 12-month programme, candidates will report to the HR Education and Training Department and engage in classroom training (which will cover 30% of the programme), as well as working within the factory production lines (which will consist of the remaining 70%.)

    During the programme, the candidate will have to achieve various goals, such as meeting the targeted output on the production line.     ABOUT THE COMPANY

    The Gauteng Provincial Government comprises of numerous governmental departments including the Departments of: Agriculture and Rural Development; Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs; Community Safety; Economic Development; Education; e-Government; Finance; Health; Human Settlements; Infrastructure Development; Social Development; Sports, Arts, Culture and Recreation; Roads and Transport; Gauteng Treasury and Office of the Premier.

    ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP

    Candidates of the learnership will receive a R3,000 stipend each month, over the course of the 12 month learnership contract.

    Training will be conducted in terms of the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA) registered qualification and at the end of the programme, learners will receive a NQF Level 4 qualification.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    Candidates interested in applying for this learnership position should ensure that they meet the following criteria – failure to meet ALL of these requirements will result in your application being denied.

    • South African citizen
    • Completed Matric
    • Between the ages of 18 and 35 years old
    • Have a valid driver’s licence (Code B)
    • Medically fit
    • Clear criminal record (criminal record vetting will be conducted)
