DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: throughout South Africa & Midrand and Wadeville, Gauteng
Job functions: Manufacturing
The Packaging Learnership programme by Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa will afford learners the opportunity to enrol for a National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging, NQF Level 3. Students will enter into a fixed term contract with CCBSA Manufacturing, during which they will undergo practical and theoretical learning, ending in a national qualification. Students will be able to acquire the following skills:
- A national qualification registered on the (NQF) Qualification Framework
- A qualification based on SAQA (South African Qualifications Authority) registered unit standards
- Unit standards are written to reflect value adding skills required in the workplace and contains the outcomes and assessment criteria
- Competence is demonstrated in the workplace utilising a variety of assessment methods and using the assessment criteria as the standard of performance
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old
- Must have completed Matric with Mathematics and Physical Science (not Mathematical Literacy)
- Must have a completed a N5 or N6 qualification (advantageous but not essential)
- Must be unemployed at the time of selection
- Must be an Employment Equity candidate
- Must NOT have previously completed the same qualification or learnership at another company
- Must be self-motivated
- Must show great attention to detail
- Must be able to interact and work well in a team
