Boland Collge is offering a learnership opportunity at their Paarl Campus to candidates interested in pursuing a career and enhancing their skills within the Clothing Manufacturing Industry. This programme will equip the candidate with an understanding of the Clothing Industry, the fundamentals of how to construct clothing and relevant textile products, as well as pattern making and sewing.
Duration of the programme:
The programme will run for a duration of 8 months with classes taking place 2 days a week. The candidate will receive work placement at an approved Host Employer within the Clothing Manufacturing Industry for the remaining 3 days of the week.
Qualification after completion and selection:
Upon successful completion of the programme, the candidate will obtain National Certificate: Clothing and Textile Manufacturing Processes L2. This learnership opportunity was made possible by the collaboration of Boland College, the FP&M Seta, as well as various Host Employers.
