How To Transfer Money From PayPal To Capitec 2025-2026

We are pleased to inform you about How To Transfer Money From PayPal To Capitec 2025-2026

Now that you have some money, you need to learn how to transfer it from PayPal to a Capitec Bank account. There is a rather involved yet simple way to do it, so don’t worry.

In this article, we’ve gathered all the data and created a simple, step-by-step manual. Hot tip: verify your PayPal account first to avoid having your withdrawal transactions restricted.

How to transfer money from PayPal to a Capitec Bank account

Through an FNB online banking profile, which you can register even if you don’t have an FNB account, you can transfer money from your PayPal profile to your Capitec Bank account in South Africa.

To create an FNB online banking profile, link your PayPal account to your Capitec account, and then transfer funds from PayPal to your Capitec account, simply follow the instructions below.

How to register for an FNB online banking profile

You can register for either an individual or a business FNB online banking profile by visiting https://www.fnb.co.za/ and clicking “Register” at the top of the screen. Follow the steps below:

    • Select “Register for PayPal for non-FNB customers.” For business, select “For My Business” followed by “I do not bank with FNB.” For individuals, select “For Me” followed by “I do not bank with FNB.”
    • Enter your business or personal details in the fields presented. For both options, you will need to provide tax information as well as a source of funds.
    • Accept or decline marketing consent and then create access details for logging into your profile. This includes a user ID and password.
    • Enter your cellphone number to receive One-Time PINs (OTPs). Agree to the terms and conditions and then click “Submit” on the bottom right.
    • Review and confirm that all the details you’ve entered are correct. If you need to change anything, click “Edit.” If everything is correct, click “Confirm” to complete the registration process.
    • FNB will verify your information for FICA purposes and notify you if they require documentation. You will see this notification when you log in to your profile for the first time. If you’re required to upload FICA documents, click “Online banking settings” once you’re logged in, then “Your details” and finally “Upload.”

How to link your PayPal to your Capitec account

Hot tip: you can only link your PayPal to your Capitec account using a PC or tablet. You cannot do it using a phone or via the FNB app. Additionally, the bank account to which you wish to transfer the money must belong to you or your business.

To start, log into your FNB online banking profile and follow the steps below:

    • Click the “My Bank Accounts” tab. On the main menu, select “PayPal Services.”
    • On the left-hand side menu, choose “Link PayPal profile.” Enter your details, including your primary PayPal email address, ID or registration number, and balance of payment reporting details.
    • Enter your Capitec Bank account details, confirm your postal or residential address, and click “Continue.” If it’s a business profile, you will be required to confirm your business details.
    • You will then receive an OTP via SMS on your phone. Enter this OTP in the field presented on the profile and click “Submit.”
    • The PayPal website will now open automatically. If it doesn’t, click “PayPal login” on your FNB profile. Log in to your PayPal profile with your primary email address and password. Click “Continue.”
    • You will be redirected back to your FNB online banking profile where you will see a message that says, “Your PayPal linking was completed successfully.” Click “Finish” on the bottom right.

Once you have successfully linked your PayPal and Capitec Bank accounts, you can transfer or withdraw funds. Note that FNB may take two to 24 hours to verify your Capitec account. You can only transact once this verification is complete.

    Transfer from PayPal to Capitec

To transfer or withdraw money from PayPal to Capitec, log into your FNB online banking profile and click “My Bank Accounts.” Follow the steps below:

    • On the main menu, select “PayPal Services” and then “Withdraw from PayPal.”
    • Enter the withdrawal details, including your Capitec Bank account, USD amount and reason for the transaction.
    • Click “Get Quote” to view the USD-ZAR exchange rate, FNB commission and the amount you will receive in rand. If you accept the quote displayed, click “Continue” on the bottom right.
    • Confirm all the details on the next page and accept the terms and conditions. Click “Confirm” on the bottom right.
    • You will now be redirected to your PayPal profile where you need to log in. If PayPal does not open automatically, click “PayPal login.”
    • Click “Pay Now.” You will be redirected back to FNB online banking, where you will see a message saying your transaction has been submitted for processing and a reference number. Click on “Finish” on the bottom right.

In case PayPal asks for your credit card details, it may be because the funds are not yet available for withdrawal. Alternatively, it may be because the funds are not in US dollars. In this case, you may need to log in to PayPal and convert the funds from the other currency to USD and start the withdrawal process again.

So, there you have it. It may seem a little complicated at first, but hopefully, you will be able to transfer money from PayPal to Capitec using this guide.

Remember, it may take three to five days for the funds to reflect in your Capitec account. For more information, visit FNB’s PayPal webpage, where you can also find the full illustrated guide.

Ukwazi School of Nursing Admission & Selection Requirements 2025-2026

We are pleased as we keep you updated about the Ukwazi School of Nursing Admission 2025-2026 & Selection Requirements

The decision to admit a student to higher education study is the right, responsibility and prerogative of UKWAZI SCHOOL OF NURSING (the SCHOOL”) in terms of section 37 (1) of the Higher Education Act, 1997.

    ADMISSION POINTS SCORE (“APS”)

Each learning programme (qualification) offered by the SCHOOL requires a minimum APS (apart from programme specific requirements) for an applicant to become eligible for selection to that programme.  Applicants with the highest APS receive preference in the selection process.

The table below contains the APS points for subjects achieved in the various SCHOOL leaving certificates and for converting non- National Senior Certificate (“NSC”) qualifications to NSC achievement levels:

    •          Independent Examinations Board

    **         National Certificate (Vocational)

An APS is calculated by adding up the points for an applicant’s best 6 (six) subjects as reflected in the applicant’s SCHOOL leaving certificate.  Life Orientation is excluded for purposes of the calculation of an APS (and thus does not form part of an applicant’s 6 (six) best subjects).

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR HIGHER CERTIFICATE IN AUXILIARY NURSING

The following are the admission criteria for the HIGHER CERTIFICATE:

An applicant without Life Sciences / Biology in matric or whose mark is below the minimum achievement level of NSC 4 can still achieve eligibility by successfully completing the HEALTH CARE ASSISTANT COURSE offered by UKWAZI SKILLS CAMPUS

    • with an average mark of 75%; and
    • with a minimum mark of 50% (fifty percent) in the ANATOMY and PHYSIOLOGY module thereof.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR DIPLOMA IN NURSING (STAFF NURSE)

The minimum requirements for holders of a National Senior Certificate to become eligible for selection for admission to the Diploma in Nursing (Staff Nurse) are as follows:

An applicant without Life Sciences / Biology in matric or whose mark is below the minimum achievement level of NSC 5 can still achieve eligibility by successfully completing the HEALTH CARE ASSISTANT COURSE offered by UKWAZI SKILLS CAMPUS with an average mark of 80%; and with a minimum mark of 60% (sixty percent) in the ANATOMY and PHYSIOLOGY module thereof.

    SELECTION

An applicant who meets the admission criteria for a qualification is entered into a selection process.  The selection process is aimed at admitting the best candidates to the SCHOOL’s learning programmes.

The selection process consists of selecting those candidates

    i.        with the highest APS for the qualification

ii.        who meet the admission criteria of the qualification as prescribed by the rules of the qualification, by legislation and by                        the School’s internal admission criteria

iii.        whose admission is supported the School’s selection panel based on an interview conducted with the candidate

iv.        who have previously undergone health care or similar education and training at the School.

The SCHOOL is entitled to change its selection criteria at any given time e.g. SCHOOL might consider introducing the National Benchmark Tests as a selection tool in future.

(PLEASE OBTAIN A COPY OF THE FULL ADMISSION CRITERIA FROM THE SCHOOL)

We are pleased to inform you about South Africa First Aid Training 2025-2026

South Africa First Aid Training 2025-2026

How much does a first aid course cost in South Africa?
There are basic first aid courses, short courses (like CPR and choking), international courses and skills courses like Basic Suturing and IV Therapy. Cost: First Aid level 1 course (2 days) is from R650 a person (if you’re 15 or more people) to R2750 if it’s just you (they come to you)
How long is first aid training valid for South Africa?
    3 years
How long will my First Aid certificate be valid? Your certificate will be valid for 3 years.
What is the highest level of first aid in South Africa?

    Basic First Aid Level 3

The Basic First Aid Level Three training course is the most advanced class available on offer.

How much does a level 1 first aid course cost?
First Aid NQF Level 1: R845.
These courses generally take about one day, usually around 6 or 7 hours of tuition with both theoretical and practical elements. Following such a course, a first aider will be trained to deal with major emergency situations, such as giving CPR and dealing with people who are choking or bleeding severely
Is it worth doing a first aid course?

    It can save lives

First aid training gives your staff the confidence and ability to react immediately to an incident, injury or illness. … This would have been given during critical and life-threatening accidents, injuries, or health complications in the workplace

Shops and offices – one first aider for every 100 employees. Other workplaces – one first aider for every 50 employees. The first aider should be in possession of a valid first aid certificate, issued by a person or organization approved by the chief inspector for this purpose.
Paramedics are now accepted as first aiders – seems silly but under the Code of Practice First Aid in the Workplace 2016, which is a legal document controlling first aid policies in the workplace, first aid must have completed a Provide First Aid course
How do you become a qualified first-aider?
They must hold a valid certificate of competence in either:
    1. first aid at work.
    2. emergency first aid at work.
    3. any other level of training or qualification that is appropriate to the circumstances.

What is a basic first aid course? Basic first aid provides you with the knowledge to know how to recognize, respond and manage emergency situations. It is also the course that meets workplace requirements for first aiders

Level 2 First Aid is a nationally accredited qualification that will improve occupational health and safety, facilitate the duty of care, reduce risks in the workplace and empower course graduates with the ability to respond to any emergency with confidence and skill.

How long are the certificates valid for? The Basic First Aid, CPR and Choking, presentation, skills, and BLS for HCP and HS courses are valid for 2 years. The First aid Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 courses are valid for 3 years.

What is Level 4 first aid?
The aim of Level 4 First Aid is to enable qualified staff to respond to a first aid emergency, including asthmatic and anaphylaxis treatment for emergencies in infants, children and adults

South African Police Service Education Trust 2025-2026-Everything about SAPSET

We(zainfo.co.za team) are pleased to inform you about South African Police Service Education Trust Login-Everything about SAPSET 2025-2026

The South African Police Service wishes to introduce the South African Police Service Education Trust (SAPSET).  The need was identified to provide financial assistance to the children of SAPS employees that die in the execution of official duties and on duty by financing the costs of their educational needs.  The children of SAPS employees that die in the execution of official duties are the main concern for the Management of the South African Police Service, due to the fact that in many instances children are left destitute, also in respect of educational needs and the costs associated with schooling and tertiary education.  This situation is more prevalent in respect of non-commissioned officers.

    Main Objective of SAPSET

The main objective of the Trust is to create a fund for the provisioning of financial or any other form of assistance to a child or children of a member of the South African Police Service employed under the Police Act as well as the Public Service Act that died in the execution of official duties or on duty, by financing the costs of such child’s or children’s educational needs. The resource support and financial assistance entail a discretionary payment by the Trust on behalf of a child or children to an institution recognized, approved and accredited by the Department of Basic Education (Grade R to Grade 12) or the Department of Higher Education and Training (Tertiary Education).

    Founder

The National Commissioner of the South African Police Service or any person appointed in his or her stead is the Founder and Patron of the Trust.

    Board of Trustees

The Trust Deed provides for the appointment of a Board of Trustees.  The Board of Trustees shall have general control of the Trust assets and shall strive to attain the objectives for which the Trust was established:  The Board of Trustees was appointed by the founder as follows:

    • Father S Mkhatshwa (Chairperson) as the Chairperson
    • Honourable Justice Y Mokgoro
    • Mrs NY Mhinga
    • Ms N Mtoba
    • Lieutenant General LE Beetha (Retired)

    Executive Committee Members

The Trust Deed also provides for the appointment of an Executive Committee which will be vested with the powers and function of the Founder. The following Senior Commissioned Officers have been appointed by the Founder to serve as the Executive Committee of the SAPS Education Trust: Lieutenant General BC Mgwenya (Chairperson)

    • Lieutenant General L Ntshiea
    • Lieutenant General NS Mkhawanazi
    • Lieutenant General PA Ramikosi

    Operational Setup of the SAPSET

Operationally the SAPSET operates as an independent legal entity. Chief Director CM Hendricks and Brigadier NP Sithole have been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Executive Secretary of the Trust whereas the other administrative personnel have been seconded from the SAPS to the SAPS Education Trust to administer and manage the operationalizing activities of the Trust, which includes the:

    • Processing all financial, procurement, and other such administration operations of the SAPSET.

    Types of Support

    Financial Assistance:
The provision of financial assistance by the Trust is discretionary and subject to the availability of funds. Capped amounts were decided upon for financial assistance toward Tuition and School fees only.

    Non-Financial Assistance:

      • Resource Support: Some Beneficiaries are in a no-fee school and are therefore requesting assistance with stationery and Uniform. Currently, the personnel of SAPSET are doing their own fundraising initiatives to raise funds to assist with stationary and uniforms for the children attending no-fee schools.
      • Welfare Support:
Referrals: The SAPSET refers any reports by parents, beneficiaries and or schools to the SAPS Employee Health and Wellness office to send a specialist (Social Worker, Spiritual worker and or Psychologist) to attend to the respective client.
    • Employment Support:
The SAPSET office is trying to assist graduated students to be afforded an opportunity for an Internships Programme in relation to the beneficiary’s field of study. Internship opportunities are requested from within the SAPS environment or externally. The SAPSET office is also trying to assist graduated students to be afforded a permanent employment opportunity in relation to the studies of the beneficiary.

    Values

    The SAPSET values are:

    • Integrity
    • Transparency
    • Honesty
    • Accountability
    • Compassion

The vision of the Trust is “To be an organisation which provides the best education and training for the development of children of members deceased in the line of duty”.

    Mission

The mission to the Trust is to “Effectively and efficiently provide and manage resource support for the education of children of members deceased in the line of duty”.

    Values

    The Trust’s values are:

    • Integrity
    • Transparency
    • Accountability
    • Honesty
    • Compassion

    Financial Assistance and Fundraising

Partnerships and support is fundamental to the success of SAPSET. SAPSET invites everybody to consider partnering with us through sponsorship and perhaps other forms of support. Your partnership would go a long way in changing and transforming the lives of the SAPS orphans.  Your partnership would help sponsor a child’s education, uniform, and help support their basic educational needs.

The Trust Deed provides for the disbursement of funds subject to an application procedure. In this regard, guidelines for the SAPS Education Trust have been formulated and approved by the Board of Trustees. The Trust Deed empowers the Trustees to accept for the purpose for the Trust any donations, gifts and sponsorships from any person, firm or company. Fundraising is critical for the existence and sustainability of the SAPS Education Trust.

Fundraising initiatives will also entail the identification of potential donors, sponsors and partnerships.
