    The application process was posted through the Philippine Marine Corps’ Recruitment Office Facebook Page on April 6, 2021, for interested applicants who want to be a part of the organization.

    The Philippine Marine Corps, or Hukbong Kawal Pandagat ng Pilipinas in Filipino, is a naval infantry force under the Philippine Navy’s command. The role of the Philippine Marines is to conduct amphibious and special operations missions for the country.

    How to Join the Philippine Marines2025-2026

    The Philippine Marines’s requirements and qualifications would vary depending on whether you would like to take the Marine Basic Course or the Naval Officer Candidate Course (NOCC). Here’s how to join the Philippine Marines according to your chosen course.

    NOTE: Because of the pandemic, only ONLINE APPLICATIONS sent through their email are accommodated. The recruitment office currently does not accept walk-in applicants.

    Qualifications for Marine Basic Course (MBC)

    Applicants for the Marine Basic Course must be:

    • At least 18 years old and not more than 25 years old
    • Must be a natural-born Filipino citizen and of Good Moral Character (GMC)
    • Single, never been married, and has no child of his/her own
    • Completed the K-12 or at least 72 units in college (preferably technical courses) or TESDA NCII for old curriculum high school graduates
    • At least 5’0 (60 inches) in height
    • Must have no tattoo

    Requirements for Marine Basic Course (MBC)

    • PSA Birth Certificate
    • K-12 Diploma/TESDA Diploma
    • Transcript of Records
    • 2×2 Picture (white background)
    • Duly accomplished application form (scroll below for downloadable form)

    Qualifications for Naval Officer Candidate Course (NOCC)

    • At least 20 years old but not a day older than 25 years old on the date of admission
    • Must be a natural-born Filipino citizen and of good moral character
    • Single, never been married, and has no child of his/her own
    • Graduate of a 4-year baccalaureate degree (preferably technical course)
    • At least 5’0 but not more than 6’4″ in height
    • Must have no tattoo

    How to Apply as Philippine Marines2025-2026

    Step 1 – Fill up the Philippine Marines2025-2026 Application Form

    Download the photo of the Application Form for AFP Service Aptitude Test below. Print a copy, fill it up with the correct information, and attach your 2×2 photo to the box found on the upper right side of the form.

    Step 2 – Scan Application Form and requirements

    Scan the accomplished application form and the initial requirements needed for your chosen course in JPEG format. Save your documents in one (1) electronic folder and label it with your name (ex. PMC applicant Juan Dela Cruz).

    Step 3 – Send your application to the PMC Recruitment Office

    Send your application form and the initial requirements to the PMC Recruitment Offices via email: philmar.recruitment@gmail.com

    Step 4 – Wait

    Once you have sent the application, wait for the next steps from the Recruitment Office of the PMC. Notification/acknowledgment receipts of your application will be sent to your email.

No show or late arrival of more than 10 minutes after the appointment will forfeit schedule and customer must book again.

    What is an appointment under a Waiver Program?

    1. The age, height and weight for initial appointment to the PNP may be waived only when the number of qualified applicants falls below the approved national;/regional quota;
    1. The NAPOLCOM en banc may grant height waiver to a member of an indigenous group within the region as certified by the National Commission on Indigenous People (NCIP) or Office on Muslim Affairs (OMA)
    1. Waiver of the age requirement may be granted only provided the applicant is not less than 20 nor more than 35 years of age;
    1. Waiver of the height requirement may granted to a male applicant who is 1.57m and a female applicant who is 1.52m. A lower height requirement may be set for applicants belonging to indigenous group as certified by the NCIP

    1. Special talents in the field of sports, music and others; and Extensive experience or training in training in forensic science and other technical services.

    AFPSAT Coverage 

    AFPSAT has three subtests which are the following:

    • Abstract Reasoning– a nonverbal, non-numerical measure of reasoning power. It measures the ability to see the relationships among things- objects, patterns or designs rather than among words and numbers. 50 items for 12 minutes.
    • Verbal Reasoning– measures the ability to reason and solve problems through the concept of words by comprehension, grammar, and vocabulary recognition. 65 items for 30 minutes.
    • Numerical Reasoning– measures the ability to reason and solve problems with numbers, and other mathematical concepts. 35 items for 35 minutes.

    AFPSAT result shall be valid for a period of three (3) years. Retake shall only be allowed once for an applicant and it shall be conducted at least six (6) months after the initial examination.

    16.Dependents with a disability shall be registered as principal members in accordance with Republic Act 11228 on mandatory PhilHealth coverage for all persons with disability (PWD).

    The Bureau of Fire Protection is an agency of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) responsible for implementing national policies related to Firefighting and fire prevention as well as implementation of the Philippine Fire Code (PD 1185), which has been repealed and replaced by the New Fire Code of the Philippines (RA 9514). Formerly known as the Integrated National Police Fire Service, the BFP is in charge of the administration and management of municipal and city fire and emergency services all over the country.

    The BFP is in need of Fire Inspector via Lateral Entry to be assigned with BFP Regional Offices and National Headquarters, this is what the Department of Interior of Local Government (DILG) has published last Wednesday, January 26, 2023.

    The following are qualification standards for Fire Inspector via Lateral Entry:

    According to PRC, 3,538 out of 4,704 examinees successfully hurdled the Physician Licensure Examination Board of Medicine in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last November 10 & 11 and November 15 & 16, 2023.

    The four-day examination was held separately on November 10 & 11 and November 15 & 16, 2020 at the different testing centers in Manila, All Regional Offices and Zamboanga. The said examinations were conducted by the PRC Professional Board of Medicine headed by its Chairman, Dr. Clarita C. Maaño and its members, Dr. Eleanor B. Almoro, Dr. Godofreda V. Dalmacion, Dr. Zenaida L. Antonio, Dr. Rafael R. Castillo and Dr. Raquel S. Sayo.
