Requirements for EPRA Recruitment 2024
Applicant must be a Kenyan with a valid National ID card. He or she must have at least D+ mean grade in the Kenya Certification for Secondary Education (KCSE).
A minimum period of twelve (12) years of relevant work experience six (6) years should be in a management position.
A Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields; Human Resource Management and Development, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Commerce or equivalent from a recognized institution.
A Master’s degree in any of the following fields; Human Resource Management and Development, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Commerce or equivalent from a recognized institution.
CPS (K) or CPA (K), Professional qualification and membership in good standing.
Leadership Course lasting not less than six (6) weeks (Cumulative) from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in Computer applications demonstrated results in work performance, and Fulfilled requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.
