    The star is a multilingual man who can speak Zulu, SeSotho English, Setswana and Sepedi. He is originally from Meadowlands and currently lives in Johannesburg.

    Sello is a product of theatre which ironed him to become a great actor he is today. He appeared in dozens of theatre productions in the 90s including Street Cleaners (1990), The Awakening (1991), The Good Woman of Sharkville (1996, The Cherry Orchard (1997), Master Harold And The Boys (1998), Cold Stone Jug (2004) and Socks & Toothpaste, in 2006. He played Mpumi in the e.tv soapie Backstage, playing the role for 18 months. Then  2007 he played the role of Kutloano in the controversial SABC1 mini-series After Nine and played the lead role in a one-hour drama broadcast on SABC1 on Christmas Eve 2007, called Second Chance.

    After this the star appeared on more television series and films such as Lithapo, Rhythm City, on films like Invictus, Canadian mini-series Human Cargo, in 2004. In 2012 he was the lead role in an episode of the e.tv drama series eKasi: Our Stories.
    He was nominated for an M-Net All-Africa Film Award in the category Best Supporting Actor for his role in Chikin Biznis, in 1998.¹ In 2021 Sello started to look for a job n acting and luckily he landed a role on SABC 3 drama as Elias Nkosi on The Estate. Elias is a father in his 50s who is a serious businessman.

    Zama Magubane is a 38 years old actress. She was born on 18 June 1983 in Newcastle Madadeni and was raised in Pietermaritzburg, Esigodeni – KZN in South Africa. She grew up think that she had talent because she loved acting but she had doubts in herself until she went to Russell High school where she figured out she was born for acting. Zama is married to Mr Ngcobo and they are blessed with two boys. Her favorite color is yellow because it complements her brown skin.

    Zama attended Russell High school and Durban University of Technology where she mastered the art of acting. “When I was growing up I used to think I had talent because I loved acting, I had it but I doubted myself until I went Ressell High School, I got there and I continued practice classes until one of teachers told me I had great talent and I shouldn’t stop, ” says Zama. After getting encouragement from her teacher, Zama developed self confidence about acting so she went on to do practice studies at Durban University of Technology (DUT). She did this to avoid sliding away from her acting aptitude.

    After finishing her studies, Zama Magubane Ngcobo focused on drama Theatres until she got an opportunity to play a character of a nurse on Inters.e.xtions. On this drama Magubane didn’t have a name she was just an extra actor but she didn’t despise humble beginnings. She realized that if you want to succeed you have to start somewhere small and grow. The star also appeared on Isehlukaniso in 2018 and also for Presenter search SABC3 in 2010. [2]

    Early life of Kajal Maharaj

    Kajal Maharaj was born on 18 August 1984 in Durban, KwaZulu Natal Province in South Africa. She was raised in Johannesburg until the age of six when her family relocated to her hometown of Durban. Kajal is the middle child between two brothers, her elder brother and her younger brother.

    She fell in love with acting at a very tender age and was enrolled by her parents in speech and drama classes from the tender age of five. She excelled in acting and modelling to such an extent that she won the ‘Ms Tinkerbell’ contest at a mere age nine. Her parents sacrificed their all to make sure Kajal succeeded in becoming an actress. They took her to rehearsals, auditions and provided everything she needed to see her dream becoming a reality
