Rancy and Lutendo are determined to show their village what a luxurious wedding looks like. They have pulled out all the stops with a marquee that took four days to build outside Rancy’s home.

For their theme, they want to honour the memory of Rancy’s mom whose burial was on the same day as their wedding day, 17 years ago.

Rancy has enlisted his charismatic uncle to lead the commemoration of her late mother. But that’s not the only thing Rancy loses sleep over, every night.

In a traditional village where Black is only for funerals – will all her guests honour her theme?

Talitha and Mpumi don’t host the show together, they host solo across different episodes.
This is the second wedding show that Talitha has hosted. She presented the 2018 1Magic docu-reality series Marry Me Now SA where women planned their weddings with the help of their friends and relatives before ‘ambushing’ their partners with proposals.
