    The National Examinations Council (NECO) has finally rescheduled the 2025-2026 National Common Entrance Examination (NCEE) into Federal Unity Colleges to be on Saturday 5th June 2025-2026 as approved by the Federal Ministry of Education.
    The NCEE which was initially scheduled for Saturday 29th May 2025-2026, was rescheduled to give states with low registration of candidates the opportunity to register their candidates for the examination.

    To register your candidates, please follow the steps below. The following are the five steps to registering candidates:

    Registration Fees for NCEE Form

    The following NCEE Registration Fee must be paid by parents or guardians. The following are the National Common Examination Entrance NCEE Registration Form Fees:

    N2,500 is the registration fee.
    N4,500 for a waltz-in
    N2,500 for a name correction
    83043 is the payment code.

    Payments for all payment-code products should be made through the NECO payment portal at https://payments.neco.gov.ng/.

    NCEE Registration Eligibility

    Candidates of Primary Schools who must NOT be less than 10 years or more than 13 years by September 2025-2026.

    How to Apply for National Common Entrance Examination Online

    The NCEE registration fee for the 2025-2026 examination is Two Thousand Five Hundred (N2,500.00) Naira only, per candidate

    To register candidate(s) for NCEE, Head Teachers, Parents/ Guardians who are existing users are to log in with their credentials to register. New users are to:

    • Log in to neco.gov.ng/ncee
    • Create an NCEE online account using the phone number and email address
    • Activate the account through the email sent to you
    • Make payment into the NECO TSA using the following payment options:
      • CARD
      • BANK BRANCH
      • USSD
      • INTERNET BANKING
      • WALLET
    • Enter the candidate’s bio-data & upload his/her passport size photograph
    • Print photo card.

    Payment for the National Common Entrance Examination is done on the NECO portal.

    The registration period is from Wednesday 24th March 2025-2026 to Saturday 5th June 2025-2026. The website will be closed by 8:00 am on Saturday, 5th June 2025-2026.
