Ntswaki from Skeem Saam’s real name is Lethabo Mekoa. She was born in Pretoria on 14th of September 2004. The upcoming actress is the last born among 5 siblings. Her parents are still alive and her grandmother. Mekoa’s father is a Chief in the Seabe tribe and her mother works as Manager in the Competition Commission Company. It seems like her grandmother plays a big role into her life. It’s unknown if her grandmother is from her father’s side or her mother’s side. Career journey in acting
She grew up hiding behind the dream of being a doctor. White coat, Number plate written Dr Mekoa and the passion of helping people was what she thought made her the happiest, but actually entertaining people through acting, presenting, dancing and singing makes her happiest person.
Earlier in 2021 she did some Self-introspection and she had to stop lying to herself and actually follow her passion. Being in front of the camera and entertaining people is her happy place.
Lethabo developed a liking for performing from his time in school and church at a very young age. She participated in all activities that were a part of it, including acting, modeling, presenting, dancing, poetry, singing, and playing hockey and netball at school. She was also excellent at public speaking. She recently appeared in the Modjadji play, which was performed at the Atterbury Theatre on July 20, 2022. She is currently majoring in drama.
She competed in the Tyler Perry Studios’ regional auditions on August 14, 2021, earning the right to appear at the International Arts and Talents. Lethabo was invited to participate in the International ARTS Talent Showcase and was selected as the best actress. She also received a scholarship for $60 000 to attend the Arts College in Los Angeles in 2023 and the opportunity to showcase her extraordinary talent from July 10 through July 15, 2022. (2)

Teenager Ntswaki is staying with the Maputla family for the holidays and based on what she’s been up to, it’s clear that things are going to get difficult for the Maputlas.
Ntswaki has received a warm welcome from the Maputlas. Meikie Maputla (played by Harriet Manamela) seems to have taken a special liking to the teenager as she loves a hard worker and Ntswaki has been doing just that. However, what Meikie does not know is that Ntswaki is about to bring nothing but stress for her. She does as she pleases and will not be told what to do. She lives carefree.
