The Physics Aptitude Test (shortly called PAT) is a paper-based test. The duration of this exam is 2 hours. Cambridge Assessment Admissions Testing works with the University of Oxford in partnership to administer the PAT.

Important dates for Britain PAT
Below we have mentioned important dates and schedules for the Britain PAT Exam. The applicants must know the official schedule regarding the PAT Exam.
- Centres can start making candidate entries from – First Week of September
- Last date for other arrangements requests like extra time requests- End of September
- Entries will be accepted until 18.00 BST. Entries can’t be withdrawn after this date – Mid of October
- PAT Exam will take place at – End of October

How to Register Online for Britain PAT
You can’t register yourself for the PAT – you must be registered by a centre. You can take the test at any centre which is known for administering the PAT Exam.
- If you’re currently attending school or college: You can normally appear for this test at your school by simply checking with your Exams Officer. If your school is not registered as a centre, then it must apply to become a test centre – even if you are the only one wanting to appear in the PAT Exam.
- If you are not going to school or any college: If you are not attending school/college currently then You must be able to appear in the PAT Exam by registering for the same via your old school/college. You can do so by checking the details with the Exams Officer. If it is not possible then you will have to find an authorized test centre where you can appear in the PAT Exam.
