Running over the course of 12 months, the Tracker Learnership programme is available for those who are extremely passionate in working within the vehicle electronics fields. All chosen learners who have passed the extensive selection phase will be required to follow their learnership programme at the Johannesburg Tracker Head Office. Once leaners have successfully finished their programme, they will receive a total of 132 credits and a qualification that will help them in getting is available to 10 South African students each year, who would like to gain knowledge, experience and skills through structured unit standard based learning and workplace experience. The programme runs for a period of 12 months and is offered to those who have a passion for working with vehicle electronics.

Tracker Learnership Requirements
Before you can apply for a Tracker Learnership programme, all candidates must adhere to the learnership eligibility criteria that has been set out by the programme. This is to make sure that all of the incoming candidates have more at least the same standard of potential, making it easier for the committee to hand select their future learners. Failure to adhere to these following qualifications may not necessarily disqualify you from the entirety of the application procedure. The Tracker Learnership Requirements are as follows:
- Holds a South African citizenship
- Has finished their Matric examinations
- Has at least a D for English
- Has at least a D for Mathematics
- Is not employed by another company or establishment
- Holds a valid Driver’s license
- Knows how to operate a computer well
- Has some sort of administration skill set
- Can communicate their thoughts and ideas well in a coherent manner
- Passionate in pursuing knowledge
- Has a keen eye for details
- Loves to learn more about vehicle electronics
- Can juggle multiple tasks at the same time
- Can work under a pressuring environment
- Able to satisfy customers

- Online Application: visit the official Tracker Careers Website. Once you are redirected to the page, you will be required to register for an account. The purpose of this account is to store all of your application forms as well as uploaded documents under one online database.
