Innervation Learnership Requirements
Interested candidates who are keen on joining the Innervation Learnership are to adhere to a strict set of qualifications that are required by the company. This is to make sure that their candidates have some prior experience before they join the learnership, which will greatly benefit them during the long run in the programme. Failure to meet these requirements may not directly result in total disqualification from the programme, but it may affect the overall result of your applications.

• Holds a valid South African citizenship
• Has finished their Matric examinations
• Has finished a tertiary qualification (optional, but highly preferable)
• Able to communicate their thoughts and ideas in a coherent manner
• Is a team player

• Has a high sense of self-motivation and ownership of their actions
• Has prior practical experience and technical knowledge.
