CCBSA Coca Cola Beverages South Africa is offering 2 learnerships at the moment. Both Learnerships are aimed at working in one of their warehouses for Logistics and Distibution. The deadline for applications is set at 2019 July 9.
What Will You Learn With These Coca Cola Learnerships?
The purpose of these Coca Cola Learnerships is that you will learn and understand all facets and principles related to the whereabouts in these Warehouses. You will learn all the steps taken in the Logistics and Distribution which are important for your favourite beverage. You will learn how to become an effective employee and enrich yourself with new skills that will help with your job in the Warehouse or any other future job.
Some of the key duties are for example:
- How to communicate within the distribution environment
- How to manage stock effectively
- The Picking and Packing of Stock before Distribution
- How stock management will influence the finances of any business.
- The environment that comes within the wholesale and Retail Business.
- How to take action with certain Hazards or important safety procedures.
Requirements for The CCBSA Logistics Learnerships
When you decide to apply and eventually are chosen to work for Coca Cola Beverages South Africa they will require you to acquire enough points for their Learnership program. Within the 12 months you will work in their warehouse you will need to achieve 120 credits. Of course this will be explained to you in more detail when you are selected.
YoIn order to apply you will need at least Matric with Science and Math. If you also have Logistics that would be another advantage. No experience is needed, they also dont want that you did a program like this with another big company.
