Hello Readers, As per the source The Block 2025 Australia’s new season is coming back soon. The Nine Network shows an Australian reality show called “The Block.” In the show, four or five couples fight to fix up and decorate houses and apartments so they can sell them at auction for the most money.

Since 2010, builder and TV star Scott Cam has been in charge of The Block. In the fourth season, Shelley Craft became a co-host. The original format of the show was for four couples who had been together before to fix up a run-down apartment building in the Sydney suburb of Bondi. Each couple worked in a different flat for 12 weeks and spent A$40,000.

Well, now is your chance to show what you really think. The Block 2025 is looking for people to join, and applications are now open!

The Block 2025 Release Date:

The first episode of The Block aired on Channel 9 and 9Now on Sunday, August 6. It airs on Sundays at 7 p.m. and then again at 7.30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

The Block 2025 Entry Criteria:

This is another long list, but in short:

From the end of February 2025, you and your teammate will need to be ready for 12 weeks.
During this time, you won’t be able to work, but you’ll get a small amount to meet your living costs.
Having done renovations before is a plus, but it’s not a must.
You and your teammate must fill out the whole application, which includes a film.
Participants in The Block Australia 2025 must be between the ages of 18 and 65.
Participants must be legal residents or citizens of Australia.
People who want to be on the show must be available when it is being filmed.
Couples should be together, so they could be husband and wife, brothers and sisters, friends, or partners.
The history of crime must be clean.

The Block 2025 Host:

Scott Cam:

Scott Cam is an Australian TV host who has won the Gold Logie and can be seen on a number of lifestyle shows on the Nine Network. He is best known as the host of The Block, a popular reality TV show about remodeling.
Scott Cam has been the host of The Block for over ten years. The chippie and Australian TV star started the renovation show in 2010, and he has been a regular since then. 9Now lets you watch the most recent shows of The Block for free.
But Scotty is a lot more than just the guy who yells “tools down” and tells the judges what they think at Block HQ. We take a look at everything Scotty does when he’s not on-site, from the best moments of his work to the most touching times with his family.
Scott Cam is also a big part of Mitre 10 Australia’s marketing, which he has been doing since 2011. He was the subject of an episode of Who Do You Think You Are?, an Australian genealogy show that aired on SBS on April 30, 2019.

Shelley Craft:

She is best known for hosting long-running shows like “Saturday Disney” on the Seven Network from 1996 to 2002 and “The Great Outdoors” from 2002 to 2007.
She has worked for the Nine Network since 2008 on a number of shows, including as the host of Australia’s Funniest Home Video Show, Domestic Blitz, The Block, Reno Rumble, and Your Domain.
In 2013, she hosted the ‘Saturday Showdown’ episode of Big Brother Australia. Craft is a representative for TripADeal, an online travel service.
In 2011, Craft and Scott Cam worked together again as hosts, this time on the game show The Block. Craft was the host of the Friday night episodes of The Block called “Unlocked.” He also appeared in many regular shows and gave the contestants challenges.
The Block 2025 Judges:
After leaving the previous judges, the new judges are introduced. Previous Judge Neale Said “Opening up about his shock decision, Neale added, “My partner of 20 years, David, experienced some serious health issues earlier this year and my priority has been to spend more time at home.”
Marty Fox, a wealthy real estate developer in Melbourne, is filling his designer shoes. This season, they will both judge on Sunday night.

Darren Palmer:

Belle magazine named Darren Palmer one of the “Mood Makers for 2011” for his work as an interior designer, writer, and speaker. He is also the Interiors Contributing Editor for Australian GQ magazine and writes for Luxury Home Design and other magazines.
Darren is a thought leader, has a lot of impact, and promotes good products and brands. His vast knowledge and low-key style have made him a household name.

Shaynna Blaze:

Shaynna Blaze is an Australian furniture designer, TV personality, author, and former singer who was born in April 1965. She is best known for being a co-host on Selling Houses Australia (2008–2020) and a judge on The Block (2012–present). She won Celebrity Apprentice Australia in the year 2021.
Blaze said in March 2021 that she was leaving Selling Houses Australia because she had too much going on.
In 2021, Blaze took part in the fifth season of The Celebrity Apprentice Australia and won. Blaze helped raise more than $300,000 for Voice of Change, which helps people who have been hurt by family abuse.

Marty Fox:

Marty Fox, the new judge on The Block, has worked in real estate for a long time. He was a co-founder and head of WHITE FOX Real Estate. Block fans first heard of Marty when he sold Harry and Tash’s house in Brighton in 2020 and Rachel and Ryan’s house in Gisborne in 2022.
Marty Fox has always questioned the way things are and pushed the limits of what’s possible. This strategy has helped the founder and CEO of WHITE FOX build a very successful boutique brand in Melbourne’s tough market.

The Block 2025 Location:

In 2024, The Block will go back to the Victorian countryside. You did read that correctly. Even though the results of The Block 2022’s auction night were very sad, Channel Nine apparently bought five pavilion-style homes in the cute country town of Daylesford.

In 2025, The Block 2025 Location will be released soon. Wait for the official announcement.

The Block 2025 Cast:

The Block is now looking for people to be on it in 2025. Next year, the show will go back to the peaceful countryside, where the Blockheads will face a new and exciting task. You could be one of them!

How to Apply for The Block 2025:

For the 21st season of Australia’s biggest and best renovation challenge, we’re looking for two-person teams who are enthusiastic, driven, and willing to work hard.

Go to the official site of the Nine Network.
Read out the all rules and instructions carefully.
Fill out the complete application with all mandatory details.
Provide the complete information about your team.
All details must be correct and true.
Uploads the recent headshot and video as per the given specification.
Review all details carefully. Take your full time to fill out the application form.
Finally, submit the application form and wait for the callback.

Instructions and rules:

Couples who are chosen must be able to film for 12 weeks starting in late February 2025. When filming starts, we’ll know the exact times.
The Block’s location is still up in the air.
During the shoot, you will NOT be able to work.
Both partners should have some experience with home renovations, but it’s not necessary.
All of Australia can send in their work.
Those who are chosen to be on The Block will be paid a small amount each week to cover basic living costs and bills while the show is being filmed.
You have to do everything on the application, including the film, or your application won’t be looked at. How do we know you’ll finish the repair if you can’t finish the application?
If you want to be on The Block, Lucky Break will carefully look over your application. Those who make the shortlist must be available to be interviewed via Zoom or in person between now and when filming starts.

Because there are so many applications, only those who are chosen will be told.
It will take a while to fill out this form! If you thought it would be easy to get on The Block, you were wrong. This is a long process that will take a lot of your time and focus.
Don’t worry, you don’t have to finish it all at once. You can log in and work on it whenever you want. Just make sure to finish it by October 2024.

When will The Block 2025 houses go on auction?

Most of the time, The Block sales happen in October and November.

We hope that Danny Wallis, who is known as “the man who bought The Block,” will be at the sales again. Just at the 2021 sale, he spent $12,2 million.
