  • My Kitchen Rules, also known as MKR, is an Australian cooking competition show that has been on the Seven Network since 2010.
  • At the moment, cooks Manu Feildel and Colin Fassnidge’s host and judge the show.
  • Feildel is the only judge who has been on the show for every season.
  • The show was given a 13th season in October 2022. It will start on September 4, 2023.

  • In April 2023, it was reported that Fassnidge would join Feildel as a main judge and co-host.

My Kitchen Rules 2025-2026 Entry Criteria:

MKR (My Kitchen Rules 2025-2026 ) Season 14 will be started soon. Interested applicants can apply directly via official site. Before applying online, make sure the entry criteria of the show.

  • People on a team must already know each other. Friends, family, business partners, etc.
  • Both people on the team have to be at least 18 years old.
  • Both people on the team must be Australian citizens or people who live there permanently. On the day of the test, you will need to show proof of who you are.
  • Applicants must be physically and mentally fit.
  • Applicants must be available during filming the show.

How to Apply for My Kitchen Rules 2025-2026 :

For MY KITCHEN RULES, you need to work in teams of two.

The first person on the team will be called “APPLICANT A,” and they must answer all of the questions in the “APPLICANT A” part.

The second team member will be called “APPLICANT B,” and they must answer all of the questions in the “APPLICANT B” part.

  • APPLICATION FORMS THAT ARE NOT COMPLETE WILL NOT BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT.
  •  There can only be one Applicant logged in at a time. Don’t use different computers to log on at the same time, or you might lose some of your answers.
  •  When you are done with each page, click the NEXT button, and your information will be saved automatically.
  • If you need to stop in the middle of a part, click the SAVE button before closing. This will save your work for when you come back.
  • You must use this online application site to send in all of your applications, photos, and videos.
  • You need to share at least ONE (recent) photo of you and your teammate TOGETHER. Get it ready, please.
  • You should also have shots of both applicants’ faces up close and of their whole bodies.
  •  If you want to share a video of yourself, please have it ready. You should both be in the video together.
  • You and your partner need to tell us everything we need to know about why you would be great for MKR. Just be yourself.
  • Please keep it to 3 minutes or less. The file size can’t be bigger than 50MB. (AVI, MOV, MPEG, and WMV are all video types)
  • It’s best to finish your application as soon as possible.

My Kitchen Rules 2025-2026 Host and Judges:

Manu Feildel:

Emmanuel Feildel is a French-Australian chef, restaurant, and TV host who was born on March 26, 1974. He went to school in England and got his training there. He is best known as one of the judges on the cooking competition show My Kitchen Rules.

Before opening his own restaurant, Manu at L’Étoile, in 2009, he was the head chef at Bilson’s, where he got a good name. In March 2014, the restaurant closed.

In 2019, he joined the Seven Network to be a judge on the new version of Australia’s Got Talent. On October 23, 2019, it was reported that Feildel would be joining former MasterChef judges Gary Mehigan and Matt Preston on a new cooking competition show called Plate of Origin in 2020.

Colin Fassnidge:

Colin Fassnidge is a cook, author, and TV host who was born in Ireland and now lives in Australia. Since 2013, Fassnidge has been a judge on My Kitchen Rules.

In 2022, he was the host of Kitchen Nightmares Australia, where he was announced as the first chef in Australia whose pub got two Chef’s Hats.

In March 2022, it was reported that Fassnidge would host a version of Kitchen Nightmares that would be shown on Channel 7 in Australia.

In 2023, it was announced that he would talk at Winetopia Auckland 2023 as a guest speaker. This was the first time since 2020 that the event had international speakers.
