DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMMES:
Location: Durban and Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal
Duration: 12 months
Key Pinetown is offering an annual Automotive Sales and Support Services Learnership opportunity. This programme focuses on developing and enhancing the candidate’s skills and knowledge in Vehicle Sales, Parts Sales, Servicing Sales, Commercial Vehicle Sales, as well as Tuck Hire Sales areas.
The learnership program will run for a duration of 12-months, whereby candidates will be expected to complete the programme with full attendance and achieve a minimum of 147 credits. Upon successful completion of the programme, successful candidates will obtain an NQF-4 FET Certificate in Automotive Sales and Support Services (SAQA QUAL ID: 64289).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must have completed Matric or equivalent with Mathematics and English (Home Language) or a minimum of 2 additional African languages as subjects
- Must be an EE candidate (African – Female or Male)
- Must be between the ages of 23 and 35 years old
- Must be unemployed (preferable)
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Must have excellent motor vehicle driving skills
- Must NOT have a criminal record
- Must have clear Credit History
- Must have high levels of energy
- Must be outgoing and self-confident
- Must have excellent customer relationship skills
- Must be assertive
- Must have negotiating skills
- Must be responsible
- Must be dependable
- Must be highly organized
- Must be able to act in an ethical and professional manner
