About University of Queensland (UQ)
The University of Queensland (UQ) is a research university primarily located in Queensland’s capital city, Brisbane. Eligibility for UQ Sports Achievement Scholarships:
- Applicants must be Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents or the holders of an Australian permanent humanitarian visa.
- Candidates should be new or continuing student who is, or intends to be, enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program.

- Leadership achievements and capabilities
- Elite level sporting achievements in your chosen sport.
