Episode 1
After his mother’s fumeral, Nolo leaves QwaQwa for the big city, in search of his long lost father in Johannesburg. He arrives in the midst of a service delivery protest, for a child that has drowned in a pit toilet, and he saves Mfazwe.
Meanwhile, in Sandton, the Hlongwane family gear up for a big celebration, unaware of the chaos across the bridge in Alex.

Episode 2
Nkosana Hlongwane is arrested for nearly killing a girl he picked up at a club, after crashing yet another of his father’s sports cars. His wealthy family swoop in to save him.
Mfazwe assists Nolo in searching for his father in Alex, using nothing but the return address of an old letter.

Episode 3
Thandeka Hlongwane begs her husband Senzo, to find a way to get their son’s charges dropped.
Tselane gets fired from her community centre job, as she is blamed for causing the people to riot, and Pabi returns from Dubai, tired of living the life of relying on Blessers.
Monday 20 January 2020
Episode 4
Pabi’s Blesser is angry for leaving him in Dubai and wants all his money back, including the clothes on her back. Tselane begs to get her job back and Senzo thinks this is the right time to give back to his old community in Alex.

Episode 5
Nolo searches for the old letter from his father, now lost in the jacket that Pabi took at the tavern to cover up.
Mfazwe finally gets a chance to try his comedy routine on stage and Nkosana gets arrested again.
Wednesday 22 January 2020
Episode 6
Senzo asks his white business partner to reason with the Malan family to convince them to drop the charges against his son.
Jericho denies Tselane access to the community centre, and sends his bodyguards after her and Nolo tries to connect with his half-sister Kitty.
Monday 27 January 2020
Episode 7
Nolo convinces Pabi to assist Tselane with a makeover, as she gets ready for a TV interview with Trevor on his show Update. Nkosana uses his trauma as inspiration, to reinvent himself as a Hip Hop artist.
Tuesday 28 January 2020
Episode 8
Nkosana starts trending on social media for his Hip Hop track. Nolo has his eyes set on Pabi, who is way out of his league, but she finds him cute.
Wednesday 29 January 2020
Episode 9
Nkosana is forced to take responsibility for his actions, as his twin sister Zano, gets mugged for vlogging on her bike in the middle of the township.
Nolo tries to charm Pabi while her mother tries to force her to find a new Blesser for them to survive.
