DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMMES:
eMedia Investments is offering a 1-year internship programme in their Broadcasting/ Transmitting Media industry. The programme is available to candidates who have a key interest in the following departments: Media transfers and libraries; Facilities and Administration; IT (Information Technology), Presenting on-air; Final Control Centre; Programme Scheduling; Creative Services (Video Editing and Design); and Programming, Contracts and Rights.
Locations: Cape Town, Western Cape & Johannesburg, Gauteng
Duration: 12 Months
Salary: successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend during this internship programme.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

- Education: complete an undergraduate National Diploma/ Undergraduate Degree in the following disciplines: Media transfers and libraries; Facilities and Administration; IT (Information Technology); Presenting on-air; Final Control Centre; Programme Scheduling; Creative Services (Video Editing and Design); Programming, Contracts and Rights
- Must be fluent in Business English
- Must be computer literate, specialising in applications fitting to the field of study
- When needed, must be willing to work irregular shifts (as well as public holidays and weekends)
- Must be eager to learn and work
- Must be detail orientated and diligent
- Must be able to work in a high-pressured environment
- Must be able to meet deadlines
