The objective of the Conference Travel Scholarships is to support and encourage students enrolled to study at the University.

Eligibility for the Conference Travel Scholarships:

  • Applicants must be currently enrolled in a higher degree by research in the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology at the University of Melbourne.
  • Candidates should be presenting their research at a conference.
  • Students must not have completed more than 4 years of FTE for a PhD, or 2 years of FTE for an MPhil.

Value of the Scholarship:

The Faculty of Engineering and IT provides funding of up to $1,500 to all graduate researchers for conference travel to present their research during their degree.
