Thando Thabethe, age 32, was born in the township of Soweto, located in Johannesburg, South Africa, on 18 June 1990. Not only is she a sensational TV personality, but she is also a fabulous actress, playwright, and radio DJ.

However, her personal life started off on the wrong note. Thando’s father committed suicide when she was only 13 years old.

With two other siblings, Sanele and Sibu Thabethe, Thando’s bereft mother was left to care for the three young children single-handedly.

Then another tragedy struck. Thando’s brother Sibu Thabethe was tragically shot and killed in a robbery in 2015.

The actress poured her heart out all over social media to mourn the loss of her beloved brother. Sad as it may seem, life goes on, and so did Thando’s.
