DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Randburg, Gauteng
Duration: 12 months
Medshield Medical Scheme invites the youth (18 to 35 years old) to apply for the Wealth Management Learnership Programme, located in Randburg, Gauteng. The learnership will take place over a 12 month period – starting in February 2022 and ending in January 2023.
Candidates will receive a stipend each month and after completing the programme, they will receive a Wealth Management: NQF level 5 qualification
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old
- Must have completed Matric/ Grade 12
- Must have achieved a minimum result of 60% for English in Matric
- Must have achieved a minimum result of 60% for Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy in Matric
- Must have achieved a minimum result of 60% for a second language in Matric
- Advantageous: completed a Nursing qualification
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be computer literate
- Must be hard-working and enthusiastic
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be reliable
- Must be passion about excellence
- Must work to a high level of accuracy
- Must be well organized
- Must have integrity and strong work ethic
- Must be committed to learning
- Preference will be given to candidates in line with the Employment Equity Act
- Special consideration will be given to candidates with disabilities
