By default, shortlisted applicants would get a notification from Kenya Power either via email or SMS telling them about the shortlist and interview screening.
How to Check Kenya Power Shortlisted Candidates 2024
- Go to KPCL application portal www.kplc.co.ke
- Click career opportunities under public information
- Scroll down the page to shortlisted candidates
- Click on it to download the pdf
- Then, open the PDF using Adobe Reader and enter your name or application number in the search bar

Shortlisted applicants will present the following clearance certificates:
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations;
- Valid Clearance Certificate from Higher Education Loans Board (HELB);
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA);
- Current Clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC);
- Current Report from an approved Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)
