Candidate should be of good conduct, especially as regards previous job appointment. Candidate should have relevant experience in the financial sector.
This means that he or she must have worked in a Commercial Bank, Microfinance Bank Financial Credit Administration for at least two (2) or three (3) years.
Possessing Supervisory skills, Communication skills, Analytical skills, Problem-solving skills, Proficiency in computer application skills, Interpersonal skills, Presentation skills, Decision-making skills, Report writing skills, Budgeting skills, etc. would put you ahead of others.
