When is COG Internship 2024 Starting?
The Council of County Governors (COG) internship application is starting on 2nd May 2024 and is closing on 9th June 2024 which means you can still apply now.
General Requirements for COG Internship Application 2024
- Applicant must be a Kenya citizen
- He or she must have an acceptable means of identification a National ID or passport
- Candidate should have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
- Applicant should possess a minimum mean grade of D+ (D Plus) and above in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination or its equivalent from an examination body recognized in Kenya with a D+ (D Plus) and above in either English or Kiswahili languages
- Applicant should be proficient in computer skills
- Applicant should demonstrate results in work performance
- Candidate applying should possess, analytical, communication, strategic and innovative thinking, interpersonal, the ability to mobilize resources, and negotiation skills
- Applicant should have a criminal record-free background
- Applicant should fulfill the Chapter size (6) constitution by possessing the following documents;
- Kenya Revenue Authority (Tax Compliance Certificate);
- Higher Education Loans Board (HELB Clearance Certificate);
- Criminal Investigations Department (Certificate of Good Conduct);
- An approved Credit Reference Bureau (CRB Report);
- Ethics and Anticorruption Commission (Dully filled and completed first schedule (s.13) and self-declaration form stamped by the EACC.

How to Apply for COG Internship 2024
Interested persons should send their CVs with the names and addresses of three referees and Cover letters ONLY to hrcog@cog.go.ke on or before Tuesday 9th May 2024 indicating the name of the position applying for in the subject on the email.

The closing date for the Council of County Governors internship is 9th June 2024. Interested applicants are to complete and submit their forms on or before this deadline to avoid disqualification.
