After Sunny Week, Cape Town to face Weekend Cold Front – full Details

The past week witnessed the Mother City enjoyed bright hot days that included temperatures as high as 25 degrees celsius, but all that glory is about to turn for chilly conditions.

CAPE TOWN COLD FRONT THIS WEEK

The latest forecast for the looming midweek, going into the weekend, indicates that two cold fronts can be expected in the Western Cape’s leading destination.

Cold temperatures are expected on Wednesday, 13 October, and then a second cold front right in the middle of the weekend on Saturday,15 October. That’s not all, certain parts of Cape Town face the possibility of rain from Thursday to Sunday. There will be rain chances of as high as 60% on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

MINIMUM TEMPERATURES EXPECTED IN CAPE TOWN THIS WEEK

  • Wednesday 13 October – 16 C
  • Thursday 13 October – 13 C (with 60% rain probablity)
  • Friday 14 October – 11 C (with 60% rain probablity)
  • Saturday 15 October – 10 C (with 60% rain probablity)
  • Sunday 16 October – 10 C.

Meanwhile, the cloudy weather conditions are expected to give way on Monday for clear and sunny skies.
