  8. I find that this e-toll system has many problems with account payment. My account is linked to my credit card, this works ok for about 1 month or two, then for some reason it says my card refuses to pay, but there is nothing wrong with my card. I had to take my card off the system and reload it. This is now happening for the third time! very frustrating that the system has these problems. I begin to wonder about fraud.

  9. Goeie naand
Ek het my E-toll kaart (tag) en eenheid in Mei 2014 gekoop en op my Volkswagen Polo DWG 468 MP se voor ruit aangebring en het geen probleem met die E-toll hekke in en om Gauteng nie, ek bly in Witbank en gebruk die N12 na Johannesburg en die N4 na Pretoria dikwels maar ek het ‘n probleem om deur Daimont-Hill tol hek te ry, die boom maak oop en stuur my terug na die hoof laan waar ek by die teller moet betaal, ek was twee keer Durban toe en geen Tag line laat my deur nie, dan moet ek sukkel om by die hoof laan waar ek by teller moet betaal te kom,ek was twee keer Kaap se kant toe en daar was dit die selfde probleem dat die boom nie oopmaak nie en daar is genoeg geld op my kaart. My kaart No:- 6272 0601 1389 2329. Verdere inligting is.
    Customer ID:- 829 8197
    Account ID:- 103 4126
    Account statement reference:- 030 098 623 4064
Ek sal bly wees as die probleem opgelos kan word, want dit is uiters frustreerend as ek by die Toll hek kom en ek kan nie deur ry nie.
