The Royale Africa Call Centre Learnership is a work-readiness programme aimed at young individuals from selected groups to work at their call center.
The aim of the Royale Africa Call Centre’s Leadership program is to prepare young individuals in gaining successful knowledge and experience in the call center environment.
They want to equip them with the particular skills required.

About Royal Africa:
Royale Africa is an International Courier Company which provides a wide variety of courier services world-wide. They are actively represented in Europe, Asia Pacific, and Africa.
Their African head office is based in Cape Town; they also have offices in Durban and Johannesburg.
The learnership programme is in their Cape Town head office. They are passionate about their customers and providing top quality services, and, as a result, continue to grow and succeed.
About the Royale Africa Call Centre Learnership Programme:
The learnership is aimed at developing young people with minimal work experience. They want to develop and educate them from the ground up.
A stipend will be paid to the students to assist them with their transport costs to and from Royale Africa.
Requirements:
The minimum requirements for the learnership are:
- Matric / Grade 12 with a minimum of 50% in Mathematics
- Not permanently employed
- Not registered with any other institution for a learnership
- Not studying at an institute of higher learning
- Driver’s license
- Own Transport
- Age 22 – 28
Minimum skills required:
- English: read, write, and speak
- Excellent communication skills
- Sales orientated
- Computer literate
Personality Characteristics:
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Flexibility with a commitment to learn
- Willingness and desire to work
- Commitment to complete the programme
- Candidates with Disabilities are welcome
