The whole program lasts a full year. Candidates will walk away from this learnership with 4 months of theoretical training and 8 months of practical work experience in this respective industry.
Requirements
To be accepted into KFC’s learnership, all applicants will be required to meet the learnership’s set criteria as follows:
- Applicants must be within the age of 18 – 27 years.
- Applicants must have at least 6 months of working experience.
- Applicants must have completed Matric, with a pass in Mathematics or Maths Literacy.
- Applicants must have a substantial command of the English language.
These requirements are essential for applicants. If they are not met you will not be accepted into KFC’s learnership program.
