Our client is searching for an experienced HR Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key performance areas:

  • Talent acquisition and recruitment
  • On boarding, orientation and training
  • Talent retention
  • Talent development and career planning
  • Support and advice to the management team on HR, ER and related requirements, processes and law
  • Key performance measurement and development
  • HR policy and procedure implementation
  • Performance and disciplinary management processes

Desired Experience & Qualification


  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • 10 or more years’ experience in an HR function with the last 5 years in a leadership role
  • HR Generalist experience
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the retail environment
  • Sound practical knowledge of South African employment law and practices, including Employment Equity, Skills Development and BEE compliance and reporting
  • Proficiency with HR software, MS Office
