The purpose of coca cola learnership career is to equip learners to understand and acquaint themselves with the underlying principles of all of the major areas related to distribution within the Wholesale & Retail sector, thus enabling them to become more effective employees. This Certificate provides learners with grounding inall areas of Distribution. This may enable them not only to increase their productivity within the Wholesale and Retail Sector but also to apply their learnerships 2021 in various other business environments.

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Sales department. We are looking for 25 talented individuals for Sales Learnership opportunities in various locations. The successful candidates will report directly to the Sales Team Leaders. The Learnership runs over a period of 12 months. To successfully complete the programme, the learner must obtain a minimum value of 120 credits. Through the completion of the Learnership, they will receive a National Certificate: Marketing (NQF 4). The purpose of this program is to equip learners with the skills to understand and acquaint themselves with the underlying principles of how to grow volume, facilitate the order taking process & implement, execute & monitor merchandising standards for direct and indirect customers within a designated geographical area.

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Logistics Interaction Centre . We are looking for talented individuals with the relevant skills and experience for 10 LIC learners (of which 5 must be disabled learners), which is based in Linbro Park. The successful candidate will report directly to the Logistics Interaction Centre Manager.

KEY PURPOSE: The purpose of this program is to equip learners to understand and acquaint themselves with the processes related to monitoring and interaction with Owner Drivers and the Logistics teams on operational requirements to ensure execution and adherence to plans whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: The learner will be exposed to: Commercial aspects of the Sales environment; Customer Care; Customer Management; Marketing Essentials; Merchandising Standards; Management Essentials and Communications. The Learnership runs over a period of 12 months. To successfully complete the programme, the learner must obtain a minimum value of 142 credits. Through the completion of the Learnership, they will receive a Further Education and Training Certificate in Road Transport Supervision NQF Level 4.

Skills, Experience & Education: Good analytical & numerical ability; Socially outgoing and confident; Able to build positive relationships; Team player who can also work independently; Assertive and persuasive- ability to influence and negotiate; Open to change and looking for opportunities for improvement; Good problem solving ability, solutions orientated and can be innovative; Responsible, conscientious and dependable; Self-discipline and well organized; Good planning ability; Good ability to work under pressure and handle a demanding work environment and High energy levels and drive.

Qualifications: Grade 12/Matric with Maths, and English proficiency; A completed National Diploma or Degree: Preferably in Marketing/Sales; Applicants must be unemployed; No experience required and Valid code 8 drivers license will be advantageous. 50% of appointed candidates must be disabled. Only candidates who are currently unemployed will be considered. Candidates must not have already completed the National Certificate: Contact Centre Support NQF 2 as this is an outcome of the learnership (candidates who have already done this qualification cannot be considered).

UNEMPLOYED LEARNERSHIP COMMERCIAL

The Learnership runs over a period of 12 months. To successfully complete the programme, the learner must obtain a minimum value of 142 credits.
