I am very much discouraged cause I was completing the online application and made a mistake of filling in my name and surname but the identity number is for my daughter. I received the CAO number but when trying to continue with my online form after payment on online banking I was unable to proceed with the application to load her documents. I contacted CAO enquiries by email but up to now the CAO has not responded to my query.
