In 2021, rapper Boity Thulo disclosed that she was physically assaulted by Metro FM presenter Bujy Bikwa. The incident happened at Courtyard Hotel in Midrand and was sparked by a conversation about Sangomas vs ancestors.

Reports show that Bujy threw a bottle of alcohol at Boity which left her with scars on her face and her white shirt red with blood.

She confirmed the incident on her social media page, described it as ‘vicious physical assault’ and called for privacy as she dealt with the matter.

Did Davido harass Boity?

In April 2018, Boity Thulo had a bit of a run-in with Nigerian superstar Davido. They were in the country for the All White 30 billion concerts in Zimbabwe.

Davido allegedly tried to get flirty with Boity but she rejected his advances. Before long, an argument broke out between the two. The confrontation is believed to have taken place at Meikles Hotel where both were staying.
