Responsible for supporting the Professional Services Executive with the execution of all BBBEE transformation and CSI interventions across the Group – ensuring that Company complies with legislative requirements and aligns to the business strategy.

Job Summary:
Administration and Recording:
Consolidation of internal B-BBEE scorecard (quarterly):
Ensure all divisional data consolidated timeously to develop internal scorecard in all scorecard elements
Manage the annual BBBEE verifications by the appointed verification agency.
Managing the BBBEE scorecard scenarios required for annual planning and guidance.
Facilitate and Assist in preparation for Department of Labour inspections
Consolidate accurate group internal scorecard for inclusion in Social and Ethics
Forum and Board pack
Keep records of consolidations with all information utilized to draft scorecard
Assist with divisional internal audit process
Schedule site visits to review internal audit files
Conduct internal audit
Develop audit reports and recommendations
Assist in coordinating group and divisional audit (annually)
Liaise with divisions and verification agency to ensure all deadlines are met
Prepare files for verification agency
Prepare the development of annual gap analysis and implementation plans
Assist with monitoring development of actual scorecard against target scorecard
Assist with implementation of relevant transformation projects
Monthly and quarterly reporting
Provide inputs in formulation of policies, practices and processes that affect
BBBEE within Company
Monitor and report BBBEE spending against targets set up for various departments and divisions, including ensuring the accuracy of such information
Manage and update the BBBEE system
Work closely with the consulting company to ensure that all data submitted is complete and accurate
Monitor and track the achievement of EE plan/targets and proactively make recommendations to ensure targets are achieved.
Track and monitor the Skills Development expenditure for the segment and provide leadership with and partner to drive recommendations to ensure targets are achieved

Program and Intervention Design, Implementation and Management:
Monitor implementation of various BBBEE initiatives in areas of ownership, management control, employment equity (EE), skills development and preferential procurement (PP)
Responsible for supporting development and implementation of the EE plan.
Ensure audit and verification processes of Company’s BBBEE contributions are conducted on an annual basis Transformation strategy execution
Co-ordinate the execution of transformation strategy and communication for all related projects
Track Company’s BBBEEE contributions and ensure the integrity of data and documentation of elements
Ensuring Legislative compliance
Support development and implementation of transformation action plans
Co-ordinate the company BBBEE process
Provide guidance on how suppliers should be evaluated and improved
Provide support to existing suppliers to increase their BBBEE credentials
Keep abreast of trends, legislation and best practices within the transformation field in order to optimise company.
Educating and informing of developments on the B-BBEE Codes and other sector specific issues.
Identify transformation risks and develop risk mitigation plan
Track and monitor identified measures to improve EE

Stakeholder Engagement:
Provide guidance and play an active advisory role to business on Employment
Equity, Diversity, Enterprise development and preferential procurement.
Participate and drive discussions with internal and external stakeholders about progress in implementing the Company Transformation plan
Participate in stakeholder transformation forums
Participate and drive information sessions to highlight major changes, challenges, strategies and action plans
Participate in BBBEE communication meetings

Matric
Bachelor’s degree

EXPERIENCE:
General Experience:
Minimum 3 years in similar role
Experience in administrative transformation role

Managerial Experience:
Experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers (Over 3 years to 6 years)
